Irene Saputra (nengiren) is formerly working as a graphic designer, and enjoying to be a part-time illustrator. I never thought that my drawings will bring me here -to this kind of creative industry-. I draw since I was a kid, but only for the sake of my imagination tools. And, in 2011 I found that drawing can be my relax moment, I draw every day, even I worked overtime. For me, drawing is the same as meditation. And because of that-everyday-process, people know me, not as a graphic designer, but also as an illustrator.
My favorite medium to create artwork are paper, graphite, water color, and also digital. But in recent years, I found myself enjoying fabric and thread as my medium, and I embroidered my drawings on fabric.
